It is with passion and expertise that Nicolas and Fabien, two childhood friends, created the Etuverie and it is in this Gers farm that they transform fresh organic garlic into organic black garlic for the pure happiness of our taste buds. The freshly picked garlic is first left in an oven for 3 weeks. This is where these pods change color and caramelize under the effect of the oven in conditions of humidity and temperatures which are very secret. This transformation is called the Maillard reaction.
